What I did 🎖️
Recently, I led Kryha toward a more mature phase in its existence. By defining and implementing the long-term strategy, professionalising the operations, diversifying the business, and codifying the culture.
Before that, I was the Managing Director of Momkai and a Project Manager at Fabrique. I’ve led creative teams with calm to build world-class and meaningful products, streamlined operational processes, and implemented new business strategies.
Over the years, I was commercially responsible for embarking clients like Adyen, IKEA, Imperial College London, Rockstart, and HYMN, guided The Correspondent towards a crowdfunding world record, built brands for Swapfiets, Slimmer AI and Oncode Institute, and created digital products for Rijksmuseum, Tommy Hilfiger, and Bugaboo.
